**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting/Payroll Clerk to manage and oversee our payroll processes and other accounting responsibilities. This position will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, resolving payroll discrepancies, and maintaining payroll records. Provides leadership with daily financial reporting which provides important data that is needed to run the business and manage our P&L.

**Qualifications:**

- 3 plus years in a full-service hospitality setting that includes front office and accounting duties.
- Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
- Understanding of payroll best practices and regulations. Daily use of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and manage the payroll processing for all employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll data.
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies and issues.
- Verify payroll tax calculations and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
- Prepare reports for management.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
-Provide support and guidance to accounting team members.
- Assist with payroll audits as needed.
- Assist in all areas of accounting as time and experience allows after receiving training.
