**Job Summary:**
We are in search of a talented Sales Manager Executive Meetings to lead our sales efforts for executive meetings and events. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering client relationships, achieving sales targets.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
- Proven track record in sales management, specifically within the meetings and events industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the executive meetings segment.
- Identify new business opportunities and nurture client relationships.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful sales plan implementation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
- Attends BEO meetings regularly, conducts site planning sessions with potential clients, and creates proposals and contracts to finalize sales.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to leverage growth opportunities.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
Salary plus bonus/commissions
