**Job Summary:**
Responsible for providing professional massage therapy services to guests, ensuring individual needs are met. The Massage Therapist must have knowledge of all services, packages, and products offered, maintain continuing education for exceptional service delivery, and maintain treatment rooms.
**Qualifications:**
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Must hold a current Georgia massage therapy license, national certification, and Liability Insurance.
- Certified in deep tissue, hot stone massage, reflexology, Shiatsu, and Reiki within 2-3 years of hire.
- Must be a team player, service-oriented, personable, well-organized, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services to guests.
- Maintain and set up treatment rooms.
- Keep accurate records of services provided.
- Attend all required training and orientations.
- Adhere to spa policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in spa activities and meetings.
- Assist in housekeeping duties and restocking supplies.
- Perform consultations and recommend products to guests.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.

2. Ensure proper knowledge of Spa services, packages, and retail products.
3. Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
4. Adhere to scheduling and perform services punctually.

6. Assist in up to 6 massages per shift if needed.
7. Participate in spa activities and events.
8. Assist in cleaning and resetting treatment rooms.
9. Provide post-treatment recommendations to guests.
10. Refrain from smoking on the premises.
11. Report any instances of harassment to management promptly.
12. Be flexible with work schedule according to business needs.
