**Summary:**

The Dining Room Attendant, under the supervision of the Outlet Manager, is responsible for supporting service staff in maintaining properly bussed and re-set tables, ensuring the overall cleanliness of the restaurant, delivering room service trays, and retrieving trays from the floors.

**Responsibilities:**

- Check the restaurant for proper set-up upon arrival.
- Follow proper busing procedures and clean tables thoroughly.
- Assure cleanliness of all surfaces at all times.
- Assist servers with beverage refills and carrying trays.
- Clean booster seats, high chairs, and floors following cleaning procedures.
- Prepare and deliver room service trays to guest rooms.
- Retrieve room service trays from guest floors.
- Complete assigned side work and follow accounting transaction procedures.

**Education and Experience:**

High school diploma or equivalent is required. One to three months of related experience and/or training is preferred, but not essential.

- Reasoning Ability: Capable of following instructions and applying common sense understanding.

**Physical Demands:**

The employee must be able to frequently walk, stand, use hands, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
